FUNDS AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS
This policy establishes the rules applicable to deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions in the systems of Sabiá Administração LTDA, in accordance with Law No. 14,790/2023, MF Ordinance No. 1,330/2023, SPA/MF Ordinance No. 615/2024 (as amended by SPA/MF Ordinance No. 1,207/2024), among other regulatory standards.
1. Deposits
1.1. Deposits must be made exclusively via PIX, using a bank account held by the bettor, previously registered and verified on the platform, as required by current regulations.
1.2. The method currently available is PIX, which allows instant, secure, and traceable transfers.
1.3. To make a deposit, the bettor must select the "PIX" option and use the generated QR code to complete the transaction.
1.4. The minimum amount allowed for deposit is R$ 5.00 (five reais). There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction or per day.
1.5. Deposits are automatically credited to the betting account after payment confirmation. In exceptional situations, due to instability between banking systems, the credit may take up to 2 (two) hours. If the delay persists, the bettor should contact support.
1.6. Deposits made from bank accounts that are not in the bettor's name will be refused or reversed to the account of origin, and operating charges may be deducted.
1.7. In case of error or inconsistency in the deposit, the bettor must contact Customer Service and present proof of payment. The refund, if applicable, will occur within 24 to 48 business hours, except when there is evidence of legal violation.
2. Withdrawals
2.1. Withdrawals are only permitted to bank accounts registered and verified in the bettor's name, in accordance with identity verification procedures (KYC).
2.2. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00 (thirty reais).
2.3. The maximum withdrawal amount per day is R$ 50,000.00 (fifty thousand reais).
2.4. The number of daily withdrawals is unlimited, provided that the daily limit and financial security and anti-money laundering controls are respected.
2.5. Withdrawals of amounts less than the minimum (R$ 30.00) may be authorized if the available balance is less than this amount, provided that the bettor wishes to withdraw the entire remaining amount and there are no contractual or legal impediments.
2.6. Withdrawals of up to R$ 1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred reais) are processed within a few minutes. Higher amounts may take up to 2 (two) hours. If they are not credited within this period, support should be contacted.
2.7. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
2.8. In case of suspected fraud, irregular activity, or cyber instability, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended, with the amounts blocked until the investigation is complete.
3. Fees and Charges
3.1. Sabiá Administração LTDA does not charge administrative fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, any charges applied by banking or payment institutions are the responsibility of the bettor.
3.2. In cases of chargebacks, payment rejections, or financial disputes, operating costs may be deducted from the user's balance.
4. Prevention of Money Laundering (PLD) and Terrorist Financing (FT)
4.1. Sabiá Administração LTDA adopts strict internal controls, in accordance with SPA/MF Ordinance No. 1,143/2024, to prevent, detect, and report suspicious activities related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
4.2. All financial transactions are subject to analysis, monitoring, and validation. Additional documents may be requested to prove the bettor's identity or the origin of the funds.
4.3. Transactions that are incompatible with the user's profile or involve large amounts may be reported to the competent authorities, including the Federal Revenue Service and COAF.
5. Other Transaction Rules
5.1. Limits
Minimum deposit: R$ 5.00
Minimum withdrawal: R$ 30.00
Maximum daily withdrawal: R$ 50,000.00
Number of withdrawals per day: Unlimited
5.2. Processing Failures
Deposits or withdrawals not processed due to technical failures or data inconsistencies must be immediately reported to support. The deadline for analysis and possible reversal is up to 48 business hours.
5.3. Bonuses
Withdrawals linked to promotional bonuses will be subject to full compliance with the bonus release rules, as set out in the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
